Belgian Quad Extract Kit With Belgian Candi Syrup (5.25 US Gal)

A strong, malty Belgian-style ale with flavours of dark fruit and moderate bitterness. Traditional Belgian Dark Candi Syrup is used to produce flavours of raisins, figs, toffee, ripe fruit and dark chocolate. Along side the pure pilsen base malt extract which lends to the subtle grain flavours. The brew balanced and complex, through use of the specialty ale yeast which bring even more layers of fruit flavour and floral esters.
