This recipe kit creates a golden, complex, effervescent, strong Belgian-style ale. The brew features fruity and spicy flavours with subtle hints of alcohol, characteristic of the style. It is supported by a soft malt character and displays flavours and aromas of pears and oranges from the yeast’s fruity esters. The alcohol notes are soft and spicy, with mild bitterness and a fruity, earthy, and floral finish from the hops. As this is a recipe kit it does not contain alcohol, it includes ingredients required to brew your own. It is designed for homebrewers seeking a flavourful and aromatic Belgian ale.

All Recipe Kits Include Crushed Grains, Hops, and Yeast
