This recipe kit creates an intensely hoppy, bitter, strong gluten-free pale ale. The hop flavour is strong and complex, using American finishing hops. It features a high amount of hop bitterness, with notes of pine, resinous, grapefruit, citrus, tropical, and fruity flavours from the American hops. Hoppy And Strong.

This beer tastes excellent. It is hoppy and very strong. A few pints of this and you will feel it. I really enjoyed it and it was on par with all of the other GF beers OBK offers. I have made this kit a few times and my advice is to get a bigger kettle/pot or add a bit of water post boil into the carboy as 4 jugs of sorgum + water will fill an 8gal pot. The mix of sorgum and hops really kick the boil into high gear too.

verry good as is, but replace one can of syrup by 1 litre of molasse and 500ml of rice syrup plus 500ml of honey at flame out and some more chinook for dry hop make a great tasty beer
