This wine kit makes approximately 23 litres of Grenache/Syrah (Ch Du Pape Style) wine and takes 4 weeks. The total volume of the included kit is 5.5 litres. It is juicy and is a low tannin wine that is both rich and well rounded. It has very little musk and oak allowing the grape colours and flavours to shine through without it being too sugary or sweet.
