Five Star Super Moss HB (4 oz)

The Five Star Super Moss can be used to easily clarify your beer. Super Moss helps prevent the appearance of chill haze and makes a clear beer. The moss coagulates with haze forming proteins, and is quite effective.

Usage Directions:

• Use 1/4 teaspoon per 5 gallons of cold water, it only takes 10 minutes of required contact time to swell
• Place in a covered jar half filled with cold water, close jar with the desired dosage of Super Moss
• Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds
• Apply during the last 15 minutes of the boil (whirlpool as necessary)
