A Popular Choice

We enjoyed this American Pale Ale more so then the English Pale Ale. Certainly one of the most popular beer kits on OBK and for good measure. Is been a couple months since I have tasted this, but my family keeps it on tap along side the American IPA. Needless to say, we don't stock much CoorsLight or Pilsner these days.

Simple and Delicous

I wondered at the simplicity of the recipe but actually brewed my favourite beer to date. Now to do it again, and again, and ... YUP!
