This recipe kit creates a very complex, rich, dark, and strong Belgian ale. It features layers of malty sweetness and significant esters in the flavour profile. The combination of Belgian ale yeast and Belgian Candi Syrup leads to fruity flavours ranging from raisin, plum, dried cherry, fig, and prune notes, with possible spicy phenols. This brew provides a smooth, warming sensation and has a beautiful deep amber to coppery-brown appearance.
