This recipe kit creates a moderately dark, spicy, fruity, malty, and refreshing wheat-based ale. It combines the yeast and wheat character of a Hefeweizen with the malty richness of a Munich Dunkel. Notes of clove and banana from the yeast phenols and fruity esters are balanced but prominent. The malt character is bready and grainy, with hints of vanilla and caramel, while there is very little hop character. This medium-bodied ale is aided by higher carbonation for a creamy fullness. As this is a recipe kit it does not contain alcohol, it includes ingredients required to brew your own. It is designed for homebrewers seeking a flavourful and well-balanced wheat-based ale.
