This recipe kit creates a pale, spicy, and fruity wheat-based ale that is light and refreshing. Notes of clove and banana stand out from the wheat ale yeast, while the hop character is kept to a minimum to allow the grain, bread, and straw flavours of the malt to shine through. The brew is well-rounded with a dry finish and excellent drinkability. As this is a recipe kit it does not contain alcohol, it includes ingredients required to brew your own. My First

This was my first all grain batch, and I think it went really well. In the end, it netted about 4.5 gal in total, but the OG was bang on what the instructions said. Looks and smells great. Can't wait to taste it!!

Delicious

Very standard hefeweizen recipe, but simplicity is the best. Tastes very much like Hacker-Pschorr Weisse. Would be great with some orange and cloves.
