OBK Imperial Stout (5.25 US Gal)

An intensely flavoured, big, dark ale. Roasty, fruity, and bittersweet. Dark fruit flavours meld with roasty, burnt, coffee-like characteristics. Like a black barleywine with every dimension of flavour coming into play. Rich and complex with a variable amount of roasted grain, maltiness and fruity esters, hops, and alcohol. Aging affects intensity, balance and smoothness of aromatics and flavours.
