OBK Pumpkin Pie Porter

Tried this recipe, not in kit form though was late getting it going for Christmas. First impressions... very little pumpkin flavours or smells, which is what i was looking for initially. Now, again. I didn't get a kit, and i used up some pumpkin spice in the cupboard. Maybe it was too old.After consuming this test keg, i have to say I think I have found a great base Porter recipe. Very drinkable. Could be good with some vanilla and / or chocolate, or maybe add a little late or post boil hops on its own depending on the season.If I wasn't looking for a pumpkin blast, my initial impression would have been, great beer! Will be doing this again soon.
