OBK Sweet Stout (5.25 US Gal)

A very dark, sweet, full bodied, slightly roasty ale. Often tastes like sweetened espresso. Dark roasted grains and malts dominate the flavour and provide coffee and chocolate flavours. Hop bitterness is moderate. Body is a heavy sweetness and creaminess from the lactose. Balances out the bitterness and roasted character and lasts into the finish.
