A Real Sleeper

I typically prefer a strong, bitter high ABV IPA but really enjoyed this one. It's definitely grapefruit/pine forward, incredibly smooth with very little alcohol flavour. You can enjoy a few of these before the ABV creeps up on you.I let this sit in the fermenter for 21 days, then bottle conditioned for another 21. I grabbed a sample bottle after 14 but it wasn't quite ready. 21 days was perfect.

Very Tasty

This was my first all grain kit and I think I screwed up almost every step along the way. Still, in the end it turned out great and is a very tasty beer with a nice citrus taste.
