This is a cost effective alternative to Soda Stream Systems for those who have time to let it carbonate in a pop bottle overnight. No additional hardware is needed beyond the kit. Just an empty 2L Coke/Pepsi bottle (or similarly sized) from your recycling bin, some lube for use with the components, and getting the CO2 tank filled at a local weld supply store or fire safety shop.
