US Apollo Hop Pellets (1 lb)

The US Apollo hop pellets have a low cohumulone levels making it great for use as a bittering hop. Use towards the end of the boil to add flavours and aromas such as citrus, grapefruit, orange, lime, and pine. It is recommended that this hop is used to make IPAs, Extra Pale Ales, and Pale Ales in order to take full advantage of this unique hop.

This hop stores extremely well which makes it an ideal hop for you buy and store on hand.
