German Huell Melon Hop Pellets are a descendant of Cascade. They have very distinct flavour characteristics not traditionally found in hops. Their intense aroma and flavour brought out by the honeydew melons and strawberries make this hop a great addition to any beer you are looking to make more fruity.

quite nice

This hop works wonderful for my SMASH pilsner ale. It make a lager-like ale (in the fraction of the time that it would by the traditional lagering) that resembles the easy drinking beers of the central Europe. The hop flavour is soft and subtle, yet crisp and refreshing. It's a hit.
