Idaho 7 is a new experimental hop variety that is full of pungent tropical fruit and pine character. Typical used for the aroma and dry hopping due to the high alpha acid levels and average cohumulone content.

Provides tropical fruit and citrus (orange, apricot, red grapefruit, papaya) aroma with prominent notes of resiny pine. Ideal for use as a single hop or apart of a blend for IPAs, Pale Ales, and hop heavy American Wheat Beers.
