Described by many as a worthy substitute to the famous Nelson Sauvin, this German-bred variety has been launched only recently and to great success. Just imagine a mix of grapefruit, gooseberry, elderflower and grapes coming out of the glass that's exactly what Hallertau Blanc is capable of. A truly wonderful aromatic hop variety that can be used in a very broad range of beer styles.
