Simcoe provides a smooth bitterness and flavours described as citrusy, grapefruit and pine. A complex hop favoured by professionals and homebrewers alike, it's no wonder this variety is always in short supply. Great for both bittering and flavour/aroma additions. Excellent choice for dry-hopping. For use in West Coast IPAs, Pale Ales, Barleywines and more.

Fantastic Hop

Great in IPAs. Always seems to be in very limited supply, so grab some while you can. Since it can be hard to come by, I wouldn't recommend wasting it on bittering additions. It really shines as a flavour and aroma hop (late additions and dry hopping). Pair it with Amarillo for a killer combo.

Vacuum Seal

Ordered 3 oz for a pale. Smells like a pine forest. 1 of 3 bags arrived with a broken vacuum seal.

Love These Hops

Grabbed some when they came in, cant wait to combine these with the Amarillo hops in an IPA, always packed well and fresh
