Cashmere is a cross between the ever popular Northern Brewer and Cascade. It is a dual-purpose hop that provides a smooth bitterness, but stands out far more as a late addition hop.

Provides lemony-citrus aroma with spicy and tropical notes, making it ideal for use in IPAs.
