Great As Bittering Addition In Raspberry Wheat

Although typically an aroma hop for English style ales, I like using lower alpha acid aroma hops like these in my Raspberry Wheat ales as bittering hops.The Raspberry Wheat I used these in turned out great! I used equal parts wheat and 2 row malts along with a little crystal 40.

I Like These Hops

Willamette is really my go to for most english styles...even though theyre not english hops
