Briess Liquid Malt Extract (LME) Syrup - CBW Pilsen (3.3 lb)

The lightest-coloured 100% malted barley extract available, 1.5 - 3.0° L. Use Pilsen Liquid Malt Extract Syrup to produce a very crisp and clear wort. Produces subtle malty flavours and is suited as an excellent base malt for many styles. Try it in any brew that requires a very light colour, especially German and American lagers, or a variety of Belgian ales.

An excellent base malt for brewing a Pilsner or Pilsen Lager, of which there are many style to choose from.

It also makes for a perfect base for a maltier beer, adding unique Pilsen flavours when compared to typical 2-row malts. Made from 100% malted barley extract and water.
