Bohemian Pilsner Malt - Weyermann (1 lb)

This grain has that Pils flavor from European lagers. It is actually flavorful and has its own character rather than being a bland boring blank slate like Canadian pils malt.If your light beers lack personality switch to this malt and it will enhance your brews immensely.

After reading the reviews here, I tried it alone in a pilsner. Great Flavour for sure and makes a quality beer you will love.

Excellent flavour, quality and consistency. It's one of my favourite base malts for all styles. Really nice mash smell (no hay) and great efficiencies (often greater than 85%).

Excellent for light coloured lagers/ales, provides that great pilsner flavour in euro lagers.

Used this as a base gor a belgian dark ale. Turned out very good.
