Euro-Pils is the newest malt from Canada Malting Co. made from the finest overseas low-protein barley available. A wide range of different processes were used and tweaked to produce a malt that brings the true character of a Continental European Pilsner malt. Provides a wonderfully bready, full mouthfeel character. Perfect cost-effective malt for any of your favourite beer styles.

No step mashing is required, can be used with a single infusion mash profile. All locally malted at Canada Malting Co.'s malthouse in Montréal, Québec.
