Canada Malting Co.'s bourbon distillers malt is apart of their 'Copper Dome Series' and is the perfect choice when you wish to start distilling. It is light in colour with high diastatic power coupled with good extract; higher in protein compared to beer malts. Well modified with a gentle kilning that raises enzyme levels.
