Natural Flavouring Extract - Lime (4 fl. oz)

I purchased this lime extract to avoid having to zest a bunch of limes. I added 2 ounces to a 5 gallon corny keg before transferring beer from the carboy. I set the carbonation and left it for a well.......a week later I was excited for some great beer with a touch of lime flavour. Unfortunately what I got was a great beer with some odd vanilla/lime flavour which wasn't expected. If you are looking for a lime flavour for your beer avoid this, unless you want a vanilla/lime flavour.
