Very Strong, Less is More

I bought this for a Pineapple Pale Ale. I was looking for a slight pineapple flavor to compliment the hop flavors. The instructions say use the full 4 oz bottle for 5 gallons. I figured I would try 1 oz and add as needed. Turns out 1 oz was too much and it's quite overpowering. So I'd say add 1/4 oz at a time until you're close. Let it stand 24 hours and taste again. Happy brewing!
