This Nukatap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler allows you to fill bottles from a carbonated keg with minimal foaming and CO2 loss. Doing this helps avoid having sediment in the bottom of the bottle and reduces oxygen exposure, resulting in an increased shelf life of the bottled beer.

Designed to easily slip right into the nozzle of your Nukatap, Intertap, or other forward sealing faucet allowing you to fill bottles directly from the tap. Easily connect CO2 via 5/16" (8mm) Polyethylene Tubing using the included Duotight fitting. Alternatively you can use one of the Ball Lock Adapters to hook up gas using a Ball Lock Quick Disconnect.

In setups where there is not enough room underneath your draft tower you can swap out the push-in spout for a Duotight adapter. When switched over to Duotight hardware you can directly connect Polyethylene Tubing directly to the filler or the Ball Lock Post Adapter and use a Ball Lock Jumper. Other bottle fillers on the market often require an additional accessory kit to fit your setup. Luckily the Nukatap Bottle Filler includes various other connection types, allowing you to work around your setup.

The telescopic filling stem is designed to fill multiple sizes of beer bottles up to 500ml. It is recommended to start with it fully extended and insert the stem until it touches the bottom of your bottle, purge the bottle with CO2, then press the stem all the way down to form a seal.

Prior to bottling please ensure the beer is below 2° celcius and the pressure on your regulator is set slightly above the equilibrium pressure of the beer (typically about 12-14psi). Use the CO2 to create a case at the bottom of the bottle to prevent O2 exposure to the beer. Upon being pressurized you can start dispensing beer from your Nukatap faucet allowing the beer to flow into the bottle. When the bottle starts to be full you can open the release valve on the side to allow the beer to fill the bottle further.

After the bottle is full turn off your gas line, close your Nukatap faucet, remove the filler, cap the bottle, and enjoy!

All components in contact with beer are made from stainless steel, food grade plastic, or silicone.
