These French Light Toast Fine Oak Chips will help homemade beer or wine produce those oak-aged characteristics traditionally requiring a barrel. They allow for imitating the oak barrel taste and flavour without the expense of an actual oak barrel. Adds a neutral oak flavour.
We recommend using a muslin bag to contain the oak chips while soaking in your beer for easy removal and ease of transferring.
