Introducing PurePitch Next Generation!
Developed from feedback from brewers,
PurePitch Next Generation is easier to use, more flexible, and far more reliable!
It combines the ease of a bottle with the innovation of PurePitch, providing a modular pouch with a cap and a consistent cell concentration intended to pitch at 7.5 million cells/ml; a commercially recommended pitching rate to ensure a foolproof fermentation.
Increased Fermentation SpeedAs demand for higher pitch rates have been steadily rising, White Labs has optimized the cell count of
PurePitch Next Generation to ensure brewers see consistent, clean, and speedy fermentations. The consistent pitch rates help shorten lag times resulting in quicker gravity drops.
Increased ViabilityThrough process improvements and laboratory analysis, White Labs monitors the glycogen content of the yeast cells to give them more energy when starting a fermentation.
PurePitch Next Generation features a breathable proprietary dual-layer film that is designed to allow for a more effective off-gassing that reduces product inflation and delivers higher viability and shelf life of the yeast.

White Labs WLP067 Coastal Haze Ale Yeast Blend is a combined New England-style IPA strains work together in harmony to create beers with a hazy appearance and strong tropical, fruit forward esters. Higher levels of attenuation produce dry yet incredibly juicy beers. Increase the drinkability of your next east coast IPA with the mango and pineapple characteristics.
**This strain has been genetically typed White Labs using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Through this genetic testing, they have determined WLP067 Coastal Haze Ale Yeast Blend to contain the STA1 gene (glucoamylase), a potential indicator of Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus. Brewers yeast are natural hybrids, which make it possible for certain strains to display elements of the STA1 gene. These strains have the ability to utilize some dextrins (unfermentable sugars), resulting in higher levels of attenuation than what is considered typical.**
Yeast Statistics:- Attenuation: 75 - 82%
- Flocculation: Low to Medium
- Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 68 - 72°F

Insulated mailers help keep your yeast cool for a bit longer, offering peace of mind during shipping. They can safely hold up to 4 yeast and ice packs. If you're concerned, especially in warmer weather, this is your best option. However, in extreme heat, extended cooling can't be guaranteed.
