Couldn't Have Done It Without This...

Purchased a cobra tap kit, cylinder, manifold and most of the parts for dispensing a second keg. Well....forgot this little guy. Very essential for longevity of kegs. Was tempted to serve all 5 gallons in one shot, but got this instead.

Good But Be Careful

I just noticed that I lost half a keg with this tap. I've been using them for a while without issue but I do suggest not leaving them unattended for prolonged periods of time if you do you should just disconnect them from the keg. There was a slow leak in the tap and it would not shut off.

Works For Me

I'm new to kegging and don't have the money to invest in expensive taps yet. On the other hand, these guys are great and work just fine for me for now. Four or five feet of beer line, quick disconnect on one end and this on the other and you have a very portable tap.

Good Bang For The Buck But...

You'll want to upgrade down the road. Excellent starting point to help you figure out if you want to stick with this hobby or not. It will drip a few drops after pours so if you keep those in a fridge, place them above a container.

Great For Travelling or As A Backup

These little picnic faucets are great when making a keg mobile, or if you run out of taps and need to dispense. They are dirt cheap but constructed well. Mine has held up for over a year of heavy use with no problems whatsoever (I used these before getting my taps installed). You should definitely have at least one of these, hooked up to some line and a lock fitting for 'emergencies'.

Excellent Bang For Your Buck

The flow is usually quite turbulent and beer tends to foam more even with long beer lines, but hey, its only a few bucks..I have 2 perlick taps on my kegerator, but I also have one of these inside for the rare times where I have more than 2 kegs in service. Very useful.I've also used it for pic-nics and outside parties and there are very useful.

Cobra Tap

I use these taps all the time and they are very solid for the money. they don't leak and they pour pretty well. They do require cleaning every so often otherwise gross beer gunk builds up inside them but the top easily unscrews and comes apart for easy sanitation.
