This is a large polyester bag with a drawstring. Making it ideal for use with any of our Stainless Steel kettles (8 gallon to 19 gallon). Brew-in-a-Bag (BIAB) is an all grain brewing solution that is an easier and more cost effective way to produce delicious beer. Most people will prefer to increase the grain bill to compensate for not rinsing the grains after the mash.

Can be secured to a pot with the drawstring on the lip as the picture illustrates on an eight gallon pot. Or can use as a giant bag inside a pot.

Good, Cheap Bag

I use this bag in my 15 gallon MLT (that is heated via HERMS) to keep any finely-crushed grains from getting into my heat exchanger & pump. I still sparge, so this bag does not decrease efficiency. Can be used & rinsed out about 5 times before needing replacement. It doesn't wrap around my MLT because it is not deep enough, but manages to keep all the crush contained in the bag.
