Potassium Bicarbonate (2 oz)

Potassium Bicarbonate is used in wine to help lower the acidity. It is not recommended that you reduce the acidity by more than 0.3 - 0.4% or to use on wines higher than 3.5%.

Usage Directions:

• Use 1/3 tablespoon per gallon prior to fining to effectively reduce acidity by 0.1%
• Cold stabilize before racking off the tartrate precipitate
