If your order is time sensitive please do not select promotional shipping. Although your goods will be treated with the same care as all of our orders. Promotional Shipping orders are processed after paid shipping methods have been processed. Promotional shipping orders will go out the most cost effective way to us, if you have a carrier preference you will need to select it at check out.
Promotional Shipping:
Promotional shipping is available on select orders and automatically offered to qualifying orders at checkout. All shipments are sent using the most cost-effective carrier available.
- Some rural areas may not qualify for Promotional Shipping.
- A full and complete address is required for delivery (P.O. Boxes are not eligible for the Promotional Shipping rate)
- OntarioBeerKegs.com reserves the right to limit Promotional Shipping to a $30.00 value.
Orders in Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick may take 2-6 Business days to arrive, whereas orders shipped to the western provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan) may take between 4-12 Business days. As such please take into account the arrival time and be careful what products you order.
Shipping Weight:We calculate our shipping the same way as the carriers. Dimensional weight, also known as volumetric weight, is a pricing technique for courier and postal services, which uses an estimated weight that is calculated from the length, width and height of a package. This means a very large light item will be expensive to ship.
Shipping Limitations:For shipping we use automatic shipping quotes provided by our Carriers. These rates are correct most of the time, however more rural areas may result in inaccurate shipping prices. In some instances this may result in shipping quotes far lower than the actual shipping cost. For these orders OntarioBeerKegs reserves the right to cancel/refund these orders. Alternatively we may ask for additional funds to cover shipping.
Shipping Instructions
OntarioBeerKegs Inc. will do our best to include customer-provided delivery instructions on shipping labels when preparing parcels (Keep in mind there is limited space!). However, once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery of the package is the sole responsibility of that carrier.
Please note:
- While instructions may be displayed on the label, carriers are not obligated to follow them.
- OntarioBeerKegs Inc. cannot guarantee compliance with delivery notes such as “leave at door” or “deliver to unit.”
- Risk of loss, misdelivery, or failure to follow special instructions transfers to the carrier once the parcel leaves our facility.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to track shipments using the carrier’s tools for the most accurate updates.
