Bitter Orange Peels (Approx. 1 oz)

I added .25 oz of coriander and 1 oz of this bitter orange peel at about 5 minutes if my memory serves me correct. I've sampled several over a 6-8 week period, and although the bitterness has subdued, I think 1 oz is too much for a 5 gallon batch. I'll continue monitoring the bitterness over the next few weeks/months but next time I will add 1/2 oz of the SWEET ORANGE instead of this (as per another's recommendation). Don't get me wrong - it turned out to be a great wheat beer but I think too bitter for the style. 1/2 oz would be my recommendation for a 5 gallon batch.

Used this in a rickards white clone had no issues.
