Sarsaparilla additions have a very pleasing aroma, it improves flavour and also improves head retention. A sarsaparilla wine tastes better with age 6 - 12 months.
Usage Directions:
  • Sweeten it to taste after your wine has cleared
  • Once you have sweetened your wine allow it to sit for another 10 days or so before you bottle
