FlexiRoyal EPDM Brewery Hose - 2" TC (3m)

Introducing the all NEW Kegland FlexiRoyal Brewery Hose, providing a reliable solution for liquid transfer in brewing setups. Pre-assembled with 2" tri-clover fittings on both ends, ideal for commercial breweries. This version is 3 meters in length.

Robustness Construction & Wide Temperature Range:
Constructed with multi-layer, kink, and crush-resistant rubber these hoses can withstand harsher more demanding transfer setups compared to standard food-grade tubing. It can withstand temperatures between -32°C to 121°C, making it durable and reliable for brewing in various conditions.

Chemical Resistance & Compliance:
Designed to be able to handle harsh chemicals and temperatures used in CIP systems. Chemicals such as Acid, Caustic, Acetic, High Sulfur, Lactic, Phosphoric have all been tested to ensure that these hoses can withstand against them for many brew days to come. These hoses are FDA & USDA approved and compliant with 3A Sanitary Standard 18-03, making them suitable for brewery, pharmaceutical, and wine industries.

High Flow & Low Oxygen Transmission:
Made from a nitrile polyvinyl chloride blend with a low oxygen transmission rate, these hoses keep beer fresher for longer. The large diameter bore is optimal for high flow rates, making them suitable for viscous substances such as liquid sugar, yeast cake, hop sludge and other liquids with solids mixed in.

First Time Use Instructions:
To ensure that this FlexiRoyal Brewery Hose operates optimally it is highly recommended that atleast three CIP recirculations are done in order to remove any residual aromas from the manufacturing process.
