Kegland Stainless Steel Distilling Parrot With Collection Cup

This Distilling Parrot with Collection Cup is made out of 304 stainless steel and is designed to allow for the inline reading of your spirits alcohol content (proof testing). It is intended for use with the AlcoEngine stills.

In your setup it is meant to be placed only after collecting your foreshots, inline of your distillation outlet so that the drops fall directly into the taller collection cup. From there place the Alcometer gently into the lower cone (be careful about dropping it as it is very delicate and may break if dropped without any liquid).

Once the Alcometer is in place you may use the included silicone tubing to run the distillation flow into your collection container. Having the Alcometer inline allows for the added convenience of being able to take real time readings of your alcohol percentage while distillation is in progress.
