Introducing the Kegland Under Mount Semi-Integrated Kegerator that is designed to disappear seamlessly into your bar or countertop setup. Built with a full stainless steel body, top, and door, with a premium black and stainless steel interior, this high-quality under-bench kegerator fits snugly into a standard 23 5/8" wide cavity for a truly flush, built-in look. Unlike traditional kegerators that require ventilation clearance on all sides, the Under Mount features a clever front-venting system with multiple fans that draw and expel air from the front of the unit, allowing you to install it flush with zero clearance required.

This Kegerator kit comes equipped with a quad faucet beer tower, Nukatap Stainless Steel Beer Faucets, duotight fittings, Polyethylene tubing, a MK5 Regulator (CO2), and the hardware you will need to hook up your tower. This kit includes everything you will need to take advantage of duotight hardware. Dispense your favourite beverages with this beautiful, commercial-quality kegerator.

This kit comes with all required hardware and equipment to attach three sanke "D" style kegs. Kegs are NOT included.

The four faucet tower is finished in brushed stainless steel making it more resilient to small imperfections and scratches. In addition it is far less prone to getting fingerprint marks on it allowing it to further maintain its beautiful appearance. The 4 1/2" (column) tower is air cooled (wider towers are kept cooler) and comes with two different sizes of Polyethylene Tubing. The 5' of 5/32" ID (4mm) X 5/16" OD (8mm) Polyethylene is used as the beer tubing and attaches to each of the tower shanks. Meanwhile the included 13/64" ID (5mm) X 5/16" OD (8mm) Polyethylene is used as the gas tubing in case you want to hook up your gas.

The faucets are our newest high quality stainless steel beer faucets. The tap handles are included and are basic black but may not be exactly as shown.

Duotight fittings are designed to work by simply pushing in the compatible tubing.

Inside each fitting are Dual EPDM o-rings that provide superior sealing capacity due to having twice the sealing surface area when compared to other push in fittings. This makes Duotight fittings even more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of a leak.

For optimal performance it is recommended that when cutting your tubing it is cut straight, not on an angle, this helps to ensure a complete seal.

To put together your Kegerator unit simple follow these steps:

Exterior Installation Instructions:

Remove the black cap at the top of the fridge and prepare the quad tower for installation.
With the tower attach the included hardware including the tower shanks and the duotight reducers.
The reducers are to be attached to the tower shanks and the EVABarrier tubing, with the larger of the two push in fitting ends attaching to the tubing and the smaller end to the tower shanks.
Insert the 4mm x 8mm EVABarrier tubing section into the duotight push in fittings inside of the tower.
With four of the included FFL duotight fittings attach them to the other end of the EVABarrier tubing.
Continue by securing your tower to the fridge allowing the beverage lines to go into the fridge.
Open up the fridge and remove the black cap inside and go to the rear and remove the other black cap.

Interior Installation Instructions:

With the exterior portion complete now it is time to install the interior hardware/equipment
Grab the 5mm x 8mm EVABarrier gas tubing portion and cut it into 7 segments. Four of the segments are meant to be shorter and go to the four kegs, meanwhile the fifth segment goes from the interior of the kegerator to the outside regulator. The sixth and seventh segments should only be around 2 - 2 1/2" on length and used as a joiner between the three 8mm duotight tees.
With the 5mm x 8mm EVABarrier joiner portion attach the three duotight tees together.
Grab the four shorter 5mm x 8mm EVABarrier gas tubing portions and attach them to the 8mm duotight fittings that come with the Sanke "D" Keg Couplers.
Using these four gas lines attach them to the joined together 8mm duotight tees.
Using the last gas line put one of the ends through the hole in the fridge. Please Note: It is recommended that you add some form of insolation around the gas line in the hole to ensure that the cold temperatures of the fridge do not escape. Doing so will cut down on energy consumption and ensure that the internal temperatures are maintained better.
After the gas line has been put through the open hole take the other end and insert it into the joined together 8mm duotight tees.
Take the duotight fittings that are attached to the EVABarrier tubing lines and attach the beverage lines to the top of the sanke keg couplers and the gas lines to the front of the couplers.
Attach the sanke keg couplers to your sanke "D" kegs.

Co2 Installation Instructions:

Take the Co2 tank holder and hang it on the exterior hanging pegs at the back of the fridge and set your Co2 tank onto it. Secure in place with the included strap.
Attach your MK4 Regulator to the Co2 tank and attach the gas line coming out of the fridge to it using the FFL duotight fitting that comes preinstalled on your MK4 Regulator.
With that last step you are done and ready to dispense!
