Chrome plated brass ball valve for regulators and air distribution needs. It is designed to attach to 1/4" female NPT hardware and features a 3/8" OD barb.

Comes complete with a check valve which stops liquid from backing up and damaging your regulators.

Decent Little Valve, Not Much To It

I bought one of these little valves for my manifold, and it works like a charm. I can't comment on the check portion of this valve, since I've never had fluid that close to my manifold. Still, it's nice to know it's there, you never know when you may have liquid backing up your lines.I can't speak to the issue that the other reviewer had without seeing his setup, but in the hopes of preventing anyone else from damaging their manifold, keep in mind that:1) 1/4 NPT is somewhat easy to crossthread, so if it's not threading in easily, back it off and try again. It should thread in fairly easily, don't force it.2) Metal to metal connections may be leaky, so consider wrapping a little teflon tape around the threads to help it seal better. You can find teflon tape in the plumbing section of any hardware store.

Ruined My Gas Manifold

After speaking with OBK staff, I was led to believe this could be added to my existing OBK gas manifold to have an additional gas line in my keezer.I tried to install it, but it leaked CO2, so I tightened it further trying to stop the leak. Now I cannot remove it and it leaks continuously. I believe it stripped the aluminum threads internally and now my entire manifold is garbage.I wish I hadn't bought this.
