Stainless Steel Carbonation Ball Lock Cap With Gas Barb

Cap works great, fits the bottles easily and carbs up a big bottle of soda water in no time. I love it.

I use this when I want to bring some beer with me and want to ensure that it's well carbonated; fill from your keg, squeeze sides of container to get foam/air out, put cap on, pressurize. Also use it at kegging time; to ensure I have a full keg I often brew a little more than a keg worth; any extra I can transfer into a PET bottle and pressurize. Just squeeze the air out, put cap on, pressurize. I also use it to clean my beer lines; if you have MFL connections, you can connect an MFL gas disconnect to your beer line, connect to this cap, and push cleaning liquids through it. I do so with an aquarium pump, which I drop into a container of cleaner, and I place it under the open tap, circulating it through the line and tap for as long as I'd like. For a quick clean, one could fill a 2L bottle with cleaning solution and just squeeze it through.

I use this with the carbonation stone. set the regulator to 35 psi. Get the water really cold. Works great. Makes soda water in about an hour.
