OBK Amber Lager (5.25 US Gal)

Malt forward, European-Style lager. Full-bodied but crisp. This refreshing lager features crystal and brown malts for flavours and aromas of bread, toffee and caramel with a hint of nuttiness. Specialty grains give this brew a deep Amber/Red colour in appearance. Medium-alpha hops added to the beginning of the boil for a moderate bitterness. The European lager yeast provides a subtle fruitiness.
