This recipe kit creates a brew with moderate hop aromas that are citrusy from the American hop character, balanced by a caramel aroma from the malts. The flavour is balanced with the same citrusy hop flavours, complemented by subtle malt sweetness from the steeping grains. The hop bitterness is kept in check for the style. This brew is similar to an American Pale Ale but with more caramel richness and a stronger American hop character. As this is a recipe kit it does not contain alcohol, it includes ingredients required to brew your own. It is designed for homebrewers seeking a flavourful, balanced ale.

Be Patient

This was my first try at all grain brewing, in no way I consider myself an expert, I followed instruction to the letter and the result was a great rich body beer. Only thing ill say is be patient... I tried one 3 weeks after bottling and wasn't so good...waited another 5 weeks and there it was!!

First Try

As other reviewers, this was my first try at all grains. I'm very impress of the result. I had a low efficiency with my setup, but the result is a beer that taste hop and that is refreshing. Good for all seasons. Would like to try again later.
