This recipe kit creates an ale version of the classic American lager style. Pale straw in color, this beer is light and crisp, with a smooth mouthfeel and higher carbonation that leads to a thirst-quenching finish. Faint malt notes and sweet, corn-like aromas can be found, while the flavour features low bitterness and moderate maltiness. Neither the hops nor the malt will dominate the taste, and subtle fruity esters may be detected, depending on the fermentation temperature.
